This notice explains the information 456KICKFLIP uses to operate its sneaker marketplace, process orders, support sellers, protect accounts, and provide customer service.
Information we use
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, verification status, and seller display information.
- Order and shipping information: shipping address, order history, offers, listing records, tracking details, returns, and resolution activity.
- Listing content: sneaker details, photos, condition information, and seller-provided listing data.
- Security and service information: sign-in, device, notification, fraud-prevention, moderation, and audit events used to keep the marketplace working safely.
Payments and seller payouts
Payment-card details and seller payout onboarding are handled through Stripe. 456KICKFLIP does not receive or store your full card number or bank-login credentials.
How information is used
- Provide marketplace, account, offer, order, authentication, shipping, return, and notification features.
- Process purchases and seller payouts through payment providers.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
- Respond to support, return, Buyer Protection, and account requests.
- Maintain service records and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be shared with service providers when needed to operate the marketplace, including payment processing, shipping, email or notification delivery, hosting, fraud prevention, and authentication or fulfillment support. They receive information needed for the service they provide.
Retention and account controls
Marketplace records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, protect users, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Account deletion controls are available through the account experience. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained after an account request.
Your choices
You can update account information, manage notifications, review orders and listings, and delete your account from the signed-in Account area or from the public account deletion page. For order-specific privacy or support questions, use the support page below.
