Buyer Protection
456 Buyer Protection supports eligible purchases when the delivered item has a covered problem that is materially different from the transaction you agreed to.
Covered claim reasons
- Item is not authentic.
- Item is materially not as described.
- Buyer received the wrong item.
- Item was damaged in transit.
Authentication
Eligible pairs pass through the 456KICKFLIP authentication workflow before seller payout. Authentication is part of the marketplace fulfillment process and is separate from payment-card processing.
Resolution process
When a covered claim is opened, 456KICKFLIP may request photos, shipping evidence, or return of the item so the claim can be reviewed. An approved Buyer Protection return does not use the normal new-pair return fee. A cash refund is issued after the required return and verification steps are completed.
What Buyer Protection does not replace
Size preference, ordinary buyer’s remorse, or other standard return reasons follow the normal return policy instead of the Buyer Protection claim process.
