New-pair returns
Eligible new-pair purchases may be returned within 14 days after the order is completed. Returned items must satisfy the applicable condition and verification requirements before store credit is issued.
Return fee
For an eligible standard new-pair return, the return fee is the greater of 10% of the applicable order amount or $40.
Buyer Protection claims
Claims involving an item that is not authentic, materially not as described, the wrong item, or damaged in transit are handled under Buyer Protection rather than the standard return-fee process. Approved Buyer Protection resolutions may qualify for a cash refund after the item is returned and verified.
Authentication failure
If an item fails the required authentication process, the transaction follows the authentication-failure resolution process and the buyer is eligible for a cash refund rather than a standard store-credit return.
