Marketplace Terms
These terms describe the basic rules for using the 456KICKFLIP sneaker marketplace. By using the service, you agree to follow applicable marketplace policies and provide accurate information for purchases, listings, shipping, authentication, and account activity.
Marketplace accounts
- Use accurate account and contact information.
- Keep verification codes and account credentials private.
- Do not use another person’s account without permission.
- Accounts and listings may be restricted when needed to address fraud, abuse, safety, or policy violations.
Buying
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, size, condition, price, shipping information, and applicable policy terms before completing a purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Selling
Sellers must accurately describe the item offered, provide required photos or evidence, ship sold items on time, and follow the authentication and fulfillment process. Counterfeit, materially misdescribed, prohibited, or fraudulent listings are not permitted.
Authentication and fulfillment
Eligible transactions may require the seller to ship the pair through the 456KICKFLIP authentication workflow before buyer delivery and seller payout. Items that fail authentication are handled under the applicable authentication and resolution policy.
Offers and promotions
Offers may expire or reserve a pair for a limited checkout window after acceptance. Paid listing promotion affects placement or visibility only and does not change authentication standards, Buyer Protection, or seller obligations.
Returns and resolutions
Returns, authentication failures, and Buyer Protection claims are handled under the published return and Buyer Protection policies. Eligibility depends on the transaction type, timing, item condition, and claim reason.
Service availability
456KICKFLIP may maintain, modify, suspend, or restrict parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, operations, compliance, or marketplace integrity.
